Yellow Pants, Crazy Sneakers... Oh my Goodness, I Love It!!!

Michael totally surprised me with his amazing sense of style.  When I pulled into the parking lot to meet up with him, he had on these wonderful deep shade of yellow pants that 100% matched his car!  I was so excited to get to work with him, because I knew right from the moment I laid eyes on him it would be a great shoot, and he did not disappoint!!!  Can't lie... I love this job!

What a Fantastic Day Photographing a Fantastic Girl...

Besides being absolutely beautiful, Drue was very outgoing and beyond sweet.  After meeting up at a Starbucks for the first time, then driving off for the photo shoot, it only took a second for us to click, and for me to know that I was in for an amazing photo shoot!

After talking and putting two and two together, we realized she met my daughter once at a dance although they go to different high schools.  Ironically, both are heading to the same college, and both have the same great personality (if I do say so myself haha.)   I think I've found my daughter's newest buddy ;)

Truthfully, I could have spent all day working with her. "Thank you so much Drue for a great afternoon photographing such a fun girl!!!"

"It's All Good" :)

Jay was laid back, super easy going and a total "go with the flow" kind of guy!  Mom wanted senior pics taken, and he just casually went with it LOL~

I really liked Jay and his "all is good" personality.  I had to chuckle, because in some ways he reminded me of my own son. Because he was so easy to work with, I think I was able to capture some wonderful, laid back images of him that totally represent who Jay is.

Annabelle... I just loved her strong sence of self!

Whenever I'm going into a photo shoot, I always try to find out about the people I'm going to photograph.  I think it's important to get a sense of who they are, and what their interests are.  I also think it's important to ask if they have any ideas, and to ask how they would like to be seen in the pictures.

When I spoke with Annabelle, I knew she was a soccer enthusiast and was extremely passionate about skiing.  She wanted to incorporate her love of both sports into the shoot, and had some definite ideas about how she wanted to look and where she wanted the pictures to be taken. These kind of photo shoots excite me, and needless to say, Annabelle was so fun to work with.  I just loved her sense of self!!!  Thanks Annie!!!
