"It's All Good" :)

Jay was laid back, super easy going and a total "go with the flow" kind of guy!  Mom wanted senior pics taken, and he just casually went with it LOL~ 

I really liked Jay and his "all is good" personality.  I had to chuckle, because in some ways he reminded me of my own son. Because he was so easy to work with, I think I was able to capture some wonderful, laid back images of him that totally represent who Jay is.

 

Annabelle... I just loved her strong sence of self!

Whenever I'm going into a photo shoot, I always try to find out about the people I'm going to photograph.  I think it's important to get a sense of who they are, and what their interests are.  I also think it's important to ask if they have any ideas, and to ask how they would like to be seen in the pictures.

When I spoke with Annabelle, I knew she was a soccer enthusiast and was extremely passionate about skiing.  She wanted to incorporate her love of both sports into the shoot, and had some definite ideas about how she wanted to look and where she wanted the pictures to be taken. These kind of photo shoots excite me, and needless to say, Annabelle was so fun to work with.  I just loved her sense of self!!!  Thanks Annie!!! 

  

 

Hunter... No Longer Sporting Long Blond Pig Tails!

The last time I saw Hunter she was in junior high school, and on the ski team with my daughter.  She was just a cute little shy girl with long blond braids that tucked up into her helmet. 

Having not seen her in many years, you can imagine my delight when I walked into their home and saw such a beautiful young lady. It amazes me how just a few years can make such a difference in these kids, both in looks and personal growth.  Hunter was awesome to work with, and her "I'm good with whatever you want to do" attitude paved the way to capturing these beautiful images.  Thanks Hunter!!!

 

Claire with the Beautiful Blue Eyes!



The first thing I always notice about people are their eyes, and Claire has some crystal blue beauties!  She's fun, very laid back and has a sweet-heart personality. I wish her the best of luck as she heads off to Westminster college next year!

 

 

 

Kelsey, such a sweet personality...

I feel so fortunate to work with so many fantastic High School Seniors who are preparing to go off to college.  Kelsey is no exception, and I so loved talking with her during her senior portrait photo shoot.  She's absolutely adorable, and I loved watching her relax and allow me to capture her sweet personality.  Thanks Kelsey, and I can't wait to hear which college you end up going to.  Your going to do awesome things with your life!!!

 

 

Charles, A Great Young Man...

What a nice boy!  Charles was so much fun to work with, and has such a great personality, not to mention that he's a pretty smart young man with a bright future ahead of him.

I always find it funny that the kids who"think" they can't smile, turn out to be among the most relaxed and easiest to work with.  Charles was no exception, and I enjoyed the opportunity to chat with him during the photo shoot.
